Renter who want to become owners is on the uptake according to a recent survey. Six of 10 renters now plan to purchase a home in the next 2 years. That's good optimism for the homeowners. In another study, it showed an increase in renters intending to buy that named 3 reasons why:
49% like being the idea of being called a homeowner
44% said it's good fiscal responsibility
36% said they want more space for family
If you're a homeowner, that's a warm sunshine glow on the horizon. Perhaps that light at the end of the tunnel isn't a freight train after all. :)
