Communities We Serve

Our dominant service area is the northeast quadrant of Indianapolis.  This includes Carmel, Noblesville, Fishers and Geist.  We live here, work here, play here.  We do transactions in all Indy metro surrounding counties, however, our focus is northside.

Carmel IN

Located due north of Indianapolis, Carmel boasts the privilege of being voted #1 place to live in America by Money Magazine!  Carmel's home values can range in the low $100's to almost $5 million.  The town is blessed with excellent schools, police/fire protection, planning and shopping and awesome health care.  Rarely do you find quality like Carmel IN.

Fishers IN

Fishers was originally settled in 1802 by William Conner.  His early home would grow exponentially to become known as Fishers today.  Conner Prairie still operates as a local attraction to demonstrate the lifestyle of the early 1800's.  You'll find the cast always "in character" and will appear confused if you talk about technology or automobiles.  It is truly delightful.  Fishers is dominantly a bedroom community.  There is little "downtown" as such, however, there is incredible resource.  World class shopping, health care, neighborhoods and HSE schools will draw anyone.  Fishers is also considered one of the top 10 places to live in America.

Noblesville IN

This is the Hamilton County seat.  Founded in 1818.  This bedroom community has a great mixture of small town charm mixed with the elegance of great homes, schools and golf courses.  Noblesville Schools always rank among the highest in the state.  It is also home to great resources like Morse Reservoir, the 24000 capacity Verizon (Klipsch) Music Center, Hamilton Town Center for shopping and some awesome golf courses.

Geist IN

This is not a town, per se, but an area around Geist Reservior.  Geist is thought to be the creme de la creme of Indianapolis.  The army corp of engineers began damming Fall creek in 1943.  This created a much needed water supply for Indianapolis.  Geist continued to expand to roughly a 22,000 acre sports haven and is lined with incredible homes.  The lake teems with crappie, blue gill, bass and catfish.  You will see quite an array of bass boats, canoes, jet skis, water skis, inner tubes and sail boats.  Lake access and water frontage is at a premium.  Although homes are still built around Geist, the number of lake lots continues to diminish.  The home values stay strong and it remains dominantly one of the most sought after areas because of its proximity to Indianapolis, great schools, health care and recreation.
